Some Wisconsin prisons have been on lockdown for months and inmates are being systematically denied their rights to exercise, visitation, medical care and rehabilitation services. Panelists will describe the inhumane conditions and the toll they are taking on inmates. Currently there is a groundswell of activism around this issue and we are looking to RWRJ members to get involved!
